About us

Louise Chamberlain

I live in Chalfont St Giles and am lucky enough to have an amazing son and two wonderful step children.

I started my career as a Nursery Nurse working in Day Nurseries and as a Nanny. I then moved into Social Services working with vulnerable children. 16 years ago, I started working for a charity in Ealing. Initially I worked as a Co-ordinator supporting families in need and supervising volunteers. After 5 years I became the Manager, I oversaw the running of the charity, managed the staff team and was responsible for securing funding to ensure the scheme could continue its invaluable work. When I became a Mum I found it quite difficult and often felt isolated, so coupled with this and my career experience, I decided I wanted to support the community where I live and have therefore set up All Together Community.

Faith Key

I live in Jordans in Bucks and I am a mum to two beautiful children, a little girl and boy. I have been a Registered Children's Nurse for the last 12 years and have specialised in caring for sick and premature babies in hospital, this can be wonderful but also heart-breaking and tough at times. I love working with families and feel that with All Together Community there is so much we can do to help people in their communities, hopefully providing something for every generation.

When I had my first baby, I remember feeling so daunted and I found it very hard to make new mum friends as I struggled to know where to go and how to meet people. Once I did build up a good support network, I think I started to find things easier as I had more people to talk to and get advice from. All Together Community would like to bring people together and provide a place to meet people in the same position.
